4. All items marked as "unit only" are furnished as described and shipped in a cardboard box, unless a shipping/carrying case otherwise ordered. Note: Any Model 7xx & 9xx "unit only" is shipped with a battery box.
5. Model 670 includes battery, ground cable and flat sponge electrode. The roller electrode may be purchased optionally.
6. The Multi-station systems require custom manufacture, therefore, adjustments to prices may be necessary. As with all custom manufactured items, time required to manufacture can vary so allow adequate time for this process.
7. All items have a three month warranty on materials & workmanship except for Models 715, 725, 735, 780, 790, 915, 925 and JM which have a twelve month warranty.

2. All Pig Tracking rental equipment will have a four (4) day minimum rental period. All systems will be shipped from the factory via Next Day Service (ie, UPS Next Day, FedEx Next Day, DHL Next Day) and the return of equipment will be via the same type of service. Rental period begins the date equipment is shipped and stops the day equipment is received at the factory. There will be no exceptions! Based on present shipping rates, UPS Next Day to either coast, from the factory (Houston), the shipping fee would be approximately $150.00 with insurance.

This item is made of conductive neoprene circles sandwiched between aluminum disks. Two such plates, joined with spacers form a "PIG" type electrode for the inspection of internally coated pipes. With metallic spacers, there is a double signal at each holiday. If double signaling is not desired, please specify when placing order, that non-conductive spacers be used.

To use an internal electrode, a high voltage cable must be inserted through the pipe, with one end connected to the holiday detector and the other end connected to the internal electrode. As an alternate method, the electrode may be connected to the end of a lance which is then inserted into the pipe. Using this method, the lance must be made of a metallic conductor or a cable must still be used to connect the holiday detector with the electrode.

PLEASE NOTE: The inspection voltages to be used, with this type of electrode, must be at least 600 volts. To use inspection voltages lower than 600 volts, a "WET SPONGE" type of electrode must be used.
